Raj is a 25-year Wall Street professional with extensive fixed income and capital markets experience, who now works with early and mid-stage companies as an investor and advisor.
Raj spent 17 years at Deutsche Bank, in both New York and London, in various senior roles. Most recently, he was head of the Markets division for Latin America as well as the Americas head of the Foreign Exchange Franchise. Previously, he ran Capital Markets and Treasury Solutions for Western Europe, prior to which he ran Debt Capital Markets and Corporate Risk Solutions in North America. Raj also spent 5 years at Merrill Lynch in derivatives sales, and 3 years at Goldman Sachs in Quantitative Research.
Raj also serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council at the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University. He resides in New York City with his wife and two children.
